• How does the electrical system work in Peru?

  The electrical system is made up of three types of companies: generators; transmitters and distributors. Generating companies are those that produce energy. The transmission companies are responsible for taking the energy from where it is produced to the distribution network. Distributor companies are those that supply energy to end customers.

• Who are free clients?

  In Peru, we have two types of clients: regulated and free. The regulated ones are subject to rates established by the State while the Free ones can negotiate their rate by being able to choose the energy supplier.

• What requirement do I have to fulfill in order to contract electrical supply with Atria? What with the steps to follow to become free client?

  In order to become a Free client, your energy consumption must be 200kw or S/.30,000 per month. To request to be a Free client, you only have to write a request letter, we will help you with the rest.

• Will the relationship with the current distributor change?

  By law, your current distributor will continue to be in charge of the maintenance and proper functioning of the electrical mains up to the point of delivery of your estate. Therefore, a portion of what you will pay monthly on each electricity receipt will be handed over to the distributor. Don't worry, all this is very well regulated by Osinergmin!

• Will the relationship with the current distributor change?

  Do not worry! Your relationship with the current distributor will not change, this is because despite the fact that they will no longer be your energy suppliers, you are still their clients, in the payment of your monthly bill there is a payment for "distribution" which is maintained and they They are obliged to maintain the quality of the service.

• Will I be charged more during the waiting year?

  You will not be charged anything additional during the waiting year. You will continue to pay your consumptions normally to the distributor and, once you migrate as a free Atria customer, you will begin to pay all your consumptions with significant savings.

• What is the benefit of being a free client and a regulated client?

  Free customers, by being able to choose their energy provider, have access to cheaper rates, which impacts the monthly cost of your company, generating savings, and they can also negotiate certain contractual conditions. Regulated customers are limited by the prices and conditions determined by Osinergmin.

• What services does Atria offer?

  We offer comprehensive services for companies, our value offer includes savings of up to 30% in energy, financing options such as working capital loans, leasing, leaseback, among others; and development and execution of projects that can be infrastructure, generation and renewable energy.
